Biography

Hou was artistic director for the Istanbul Biennale art festival in 2007 and he has over 50 exhibitions under his belt. He’s an art critic who divides his time between San Francisco and Paris.

Hou also holds a museology chair at the San Francisco Art Institute and teaches at the Rijksakademie van Beeldende Kunsten in Amsterdam.
