The Rotonde 1 is a former industrial building dating back to the late 19th century. It used to be dedicated to the maintenance of locomotives and buses. The building has been restored and is now used as an exhibition venue. It echoes the Rotonde 2, which is intended for a younger audience and also lends itself to accommodate concerts.
